June 18 @ 1:15 pm - 1:45 pmFree
About this event
This event aims to explore the differences to our working practices, what has worked well and what still needs to be improved. Before we all go back to our old ways now is a time for reflection on what we should stop, start and continue to enable us to Build Back Better.
Current CMI research has uncovered five key themes where major changes have been seen:
- The importance of well being to both yourself as a manager and your team
- Hybrid/flexible working – what does it mean and how do you manage it
- How to identify a strong company culture and embed it remotely
- The ever growing need for EDI in an organisation and how to set your strategy
- Identifying skills gaps in yourself and the importance of good management
During this event we will discuss these and offer up some real life examples and top tips on how to make the new way of working benefit you, your employees and your organisation.
